86 . 10029* <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Milton C. Dahms and Dorothy Y. Dahms, husband and wife, each <br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and <br />other good and valuable consideration received from Grantees, do <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Milton C. Dahms and <br />Dorothy R. Dahms, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right <br />of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called the <br />Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Part of Lot Thirteen (13) of the County <br />Subdivision of the South Half of the South- <br />east Quarter (SZSE}) of Section Sixteen (16) <br />in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West, of the 6th P.M., described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the westerly line of <br />said Lot 13 which lies 40 feet southerly from <br />its Northwest corner, running thence easterly <br />and parallel with its northerly line, 103 3/4 <br />feet; thence southerly and parallel with its <br />westerly line, 140 feet; thence westerly and <br />parallel with its northerly line, 103 3/4 <br />feet and thence northerly along its westerly <br />line, 140 feet to the place of beginning, <br />being a rectangular piece of ground having a <br />northerly frontage of 103 3/4 feet on Charles <br />Street (which is now 80 feet in width) and a <br />depth of 140 feet; <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises together <br />withal-' tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims cf all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in th+e surviving Grantee. <br />Dated <br />STAT£ARf t - A <br />NEBRASM riUCUlUcNT;F�RY I <br />cIAMP TAX <br />JAW 1 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />} ss: <br />CUEJNTY OF HALL ) <br />1986. <br />Milton C.
