<br />of Lots 2 and 3 of Ross First Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 1,111 square
<br />feet (0.025 acre), as shown on the plat dated 10/3004, marked
<br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress
