A 86-100184 TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE JOHN R. BROWNELL, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ( ;1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: Part of Lots Twenty Six (26) and Twenty Five (25) of Geer Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, more particu- larly described as follows: Beginning at the North- east corner of Lot Twenty Five (25), thence running Southerly along and upon the East line of said Lot for a distance of One Hundred Seventy Five and Four Tenths Feett, (175.4') to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing Southerly for a distance of One Hundred Ninety One and Four Tenths Feet (191.41) to the Northerly boundary line of 20th Street running thence Westerly along and upon the Northerly boundary line of 20th Street for a distance of Sixty Nine Feet (69'), thence running Northerly parallel to the Westerly boundary line of Lot Twenty Five (25) for a distance of One Hundred Ninety One and Four Tenths Feet (191.4') thence Easterly parallel to the North boundary line of Lots Twenty Six (26) and Twenty Five (25) for a distance of Sixty Nine Feet (69') to the place of beginning, Hall County, Nebraska. This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed recorded as Document No. 82- 001867 on May 11, 1982, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, and re- recorded as pocument No. 82- 001912 on May 14, 1982, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014. Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by reason of this instrument. Executed: January 10, 1986. --JbI14 R.
