BROWNELL, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of <br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in <br />and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar <br />( ;1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to <br />the person or persons entitled thereto, Grantee, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes <br />Section 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Part of Lots Twenty Six (26) and Twenty Five (25) of <br />Geer Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, more particu- <br />larly described as follows: Beginning at the North- <br />east corner of Lot Twenty Five (25), thence running <br />Southerly along and upon the East line of said Lot for <br />a distance of One Hundred Seventy Five and Four Tenths <br />Feett, (175.4') to the actual point of beginning; thence <br />continuing Southerly for a distance of One Hundred <br />Ninety One and Four Tenths Feet (191.41) to the <br />Northerly boundary line of 20th Street running <br />thence Westerly along and upon the Northerly boundary <br />line of 20th Street for a distance of Sixty Nine Feet <br />(69'), thence running Northerly parallel to the <br />Westerly boundary line of Lot Twenty Five (25) for <br />a distance of One Hundred Ninety One and Four Tenths <br />Feet (191.4') thence Easterly parallel to the North <br />boundary line of Lots Twenty Six (26) and Twenty <br />Five (25) for a distance of Sixty Nine Feet (69') <br />to the place of beginning, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation <br />secured by the Trust Deed recorded as Document No. 82- 001867 on <br />May 11, 1982, in the Office of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds, and re- recorded as pocument No. 82- 001912 on May 14, <br />1982, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds <br />pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014. <br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not <br />to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by reason <br />of this instrument. <br />Executed: January 10, 1986. <br />--JbI14 R.
