<br />The undersigned, Jerry D. Slominski, attorney for Ronald
<br />E. Sorensen, Commissioner of Labor of the State of Nebraska,
<br />does hereby certify that Richard L. Hartman and Mike Nickman,
<br />doing business as H & N Trucking, in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, a partnership, are indebted to the Unemployment Com-
<br />pensation Fiend of the State of Nebraska for contributions due
<br />on their employment for the second, third and fourth quarters
<br />of 1983, the first, second, third and fourth quarters of 1984,
<br />and the first quarter of 1985, in the sum of $855.73, and in-
<br />terest in the sum of $140.35, with interest at the rate of )ne
<br />percent per month on the sum of $855.73, from November 30, 1985.
<br />By reason thereof, said Ronald E. Sorensen, Commissioner
<br />of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund of
