WARRANTY DEED 86- loo,26 <br />STEVE CROOKER, herein called the Grantor, for and in <br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the following-:described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Sixteen (16) in Hidden Lakes Subdivision <br />Number Four (4), Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVFs AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. And Grantor hereby covenants with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantor <br />is lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that Grantor has good right and lawful authority <br />to sell the same; and Grantor hereby covenants to warrant and <br />defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of <br />all persons whomsoever.
