86 - 100117 <br />extensions, modifications or renewals thereof, do hereby agree to <br />remain liable to the Lender, its successors and assigns, in the <br />event that any readvancement, extention of the time for repayment <br />or modification of the Maturity Date under Original Promissory <br />Note or Second Promissory Note is given to the Borrower or its <br />successors or assigns in interest. <br />8. Other Terms. It is the agreement and intention of the <br />Borrower and Lender that, except as modified in this Agreement, <br />all the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents, as redefined <br />herein, shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The <br />parties further agree and intend that the Deed of Trust securing <br />said Loan Documents as redefined herein is intended to and shall <br />remain in full force and effect as if the terms of this Agreement <br />were originally incorporated in the Deed of Trust.
