SCHAFER, husband and wife, <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, <br />1 GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of CORRECTION OF <br />1 ERRONEOUS DESCRIPTION OF REAL PROPERTY, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to EMERY R. L'HEUREUX <br />and COLLEEN L'HEUREUX, husband and wife, and FRED E. BRUENING, <br />TRUSTEE OF INEZ E. L'HEUREUX TRUST, UNDER THE LAST WILL AND <br />TESTAMENT OF INEZ E. L'HEUREUX, GRANTEE, the following - described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76 -201) in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NWh) <br />of Section Nine (9), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the <br />northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter (NA); thence running <br />west along the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1W) a <br />distance of Five Hundred (500.0) feet; thence deflecting left <br />900 00' and running southerly a distance of Forty -Eight and <br />Sixty -Four Hundredths (48.64) feet to a point on the State <br />Highway south right -of -way line, and being the ACTUAL point of <br />beginning; thence continuing southerly along the last described <br />course, a distance of Five Hundred Twenty -Six and T8irty -Six <br />Hundredths (526.36) feet; thence deflecting right 90 00' and <br />running westerly a distance of Four Hundred Twenty -Five (425.0) <br />feet; thence deflecting right and running northerly a distance of <br />Five Hundred Twenty -Six and Forty -Nine Hundredths (526.49) feet <br />to a point on said highway right -of -way line; said point being <br />FortyEight and Fifty -One Hundredths (48.51) feet south of the <br />north line of said Northwest Quarter (NWh); thence running <br />easterly along said highway right -of -way line a distance of Four <br />Hundred Twenty-Five (425.0) feet to the point of beginning and <br />containing 5.136 acres more or less. <br />This Deed is given to reconvey to the Grantees herein that real <br />property which they conveyed to the Grantors herein by <br />Survivorship warranty Deed dated November 28, 1972, filed for <br />record on November 29, 1972, at Deed Record 169, Page 425, in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which <br />description in said Deed was erroneous. <br />Executed: <br />STATE <br />of <br />i <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />1985. <br />PaulJ.f c a er , nd <br />JOyc,0 A.
