<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Homestead
<br />Savings, a Federal. Savings and Loan, is Plaintiff, and Kathleen
<br />Mary Morris, formerly known as Kathleen Mary Hornbacher, and John
<br />Morris, Wife and Husband, et al., are Defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants,
<br />Kathleen Mary Morris and John Morris, Wife and Husband, of the
<br />amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage executed by
<br />Kathleen Mary Morris, formerly Kathleen Mary Hornbacher, to
<br />Superior Mortgage, Inc., dated September 16, 1981, and recorded
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No. 81- 004742, which was assigned to Banco Mortgage
<br />Company on September 21, 1981, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81-
<br />005026 on October 2, 1981, and subsequently assigned by Norwest
<br />Mortgage, IHc., (formerly Banco Mortgage Company) to Homestead
<br />Savings, a Federal Savings and Loan, on March 27, 1984, and
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 004435 on August 27, 1984, wherein
<br />Kathleen Mary Hornbacher, now Kathleen Mary Morris, conveyed to
<br />Plaintiff the following described real. estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), Piper's Glen Subdivision, being a
<br />Subdivision of Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), Warren
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Kathleen Mary Morris and John
<br />Morris, wife and husband, and the real estate and appurtenances
<br />thereto, to have the real estate and appurtenances sold to
<br />satisfy the amount so found due together with the costs of suit,
<br />and to foreclose the Defendants of all right, title, interest,
<br />lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to
<br />the real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such
<br />other and further relief as the Court may deem dust and equit-
<br />able.
