Seim and Amber Lynn \~~ <br />Seim, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and 'b' <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Brett A. Atwood and Elise K.
