<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />APRIL 14.2005 and recorded APRIL 25. 2005 the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #0200503671 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
