Dietemeyer and Marilyn Dietemeyer <br />filed a Petition with the Board of Supervisors in and <br />for Hall County, Nebraska, requesting vacation of Lots <br />One (1) through Nine (9) inclusive and Lots Eighteen <br />(18) through Twenty -six (26) inclusive, of Pioneer Acres I <br />Subdivision, Hall Cd,unty, Nebraska; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Donald R. Dietemeyer and legal <br />counsel appeared before said County Board of Supervisors <br />on the 23rd day of September, 1986, in support of said <br />Petition; and <br />WHEREAS, the matter was submitted to the Regional <br />Planning Commission for consideration and recommendation; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Regional Planning Commission approved { <br />the request for vacation of said lots; and <br />WHEREAS, said Donald R. Dietemeyer and Marilyn Diete- <br />meyer are the owners of said lots, to -wit: Lots One (1) <br />through Nine <br />g (9) inclusive and Lots Eighteen (18) through i <br />Twenty -six (26) inclusive, of Pioneer Acres Subdivision; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, one hundred percent (100 %) of all other <br />owners of lots within said subdivision have consented <br />in writing to vacation of said lots. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN that on the 14th day <br />of October, 1986, during a regular lawfully called meeting <br />of the Board of Supervisors in and for Hall County, State <br />of Nebraska, the matter of the vacation of said lots <br />came up for consideration upon the regular agenda of <br />said meeting, and a majority of the supervisors comprising <br />said Board voted in favor of vacating said lots, to -wit: <br />One (1) through Nine (9) inclusive and Eighteen (18) <br />through Twenty -six (26) inclusive, of Pioneer Acres Subdi- <br />vision, and the same accordingly are hereby declared <br />r <br />rr <br />2 <br />
