REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE 87— 107098 <br />Bessie I. Dubois, a married woman and in her own right, <br />called the Mortgagor, in consideration of Eighteen Thousand <br />and no /100 ($18,000.00) Dollars does hereby mortgage to <br />Wayne R. and Marvel M. Forgey, Husband and wife and each <br />in their own right, the following - described real estate in <br />Hall County, and the State of Nebraska. <br />Lot Seven (7), of County Subdivision of part of the <br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter (SASE,) of Section <br />Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine <br />(9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />Commonly referred to as 414 West Louise. <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the <br />Principal sum of Eighteen Thousand and no /100 ($18,000.00) <br />Dollars and interest thereon, according to the terms of <br />a certain Promissory Note of even date, executed by the Mortgagor <br />to the Mortgagees, with Two Hundred Twenty -five and N0 1100 <br />($225.00) interest only being due on the tenth day of <br />October 1987 and the tenth of each month thereafter with <br />final payment of $18,225.00. becoming due September 10, 1992. <br />The Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments upon <br />said premises and all other taxes, levies and assessments levied <br />upon this Mortgage and the Note which this Mortgage is given to <br />secure before the same become delinquent. In the event the <br />Mortgagor fails to pay such taxes before delinquent, the Mortgagee <br />may pay such taxes or other liens and shall have a lien secured <br />hereby for the amount so advanced with interest thereon at the <br />rate of fifteen per cent (15 %) per annum. <br />In the event the Mortgagor defaults in the payment of said <br />indebtedness or any installment thereof, in accordance with the <br />terms thereof, or otherwise fails to perform any of the other <br />agreements herein, the Mortgagees at their election may declare <br />the entire debt secured by this Mortgage to be due and <br />collectible at once; and may foreclose this Mortgage for the <br />satisfaction thereof. <br />Signed thi day oQ , 1987 <br />Bessie I.
