Marshall III, Presi- dent and representative of Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November 10, 1986 executed by Kevin B. Newth and Diane E. Newth, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 86- 106547, and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey reciting that the obligation secured by such Deed of Trust has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto, NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following described real property: Lot Seven (7), Block One (1), Elm Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
