Messmer, husband and wife to Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association As Trustee for the benefit of Tower Financial Inc the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 19 1983 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska in Docua►ent No 83- at 006642 has been paid.
