WARRANTY DEED F $7_ 106888 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Francine R. Meiner, an unmarried person, <br />Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto The Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, <br />Grantee, the following described real estate: <br />Lot Two (2), Island Fcres Number Eleven (11), in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska comprising all of Lot One (1), Island <br />Acres Number Six (6), a replat of Lots Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20), <br />Island Acres, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same <br />belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand, <br />whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in consideration of the <br />full cancellation and satisfaction of the Contract as evidenced by the Notice <br />of Contract of Sale to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, recorded September 28, 1984 as document number 84- 005124, <br />filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having conveyed said <br />real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate consideration, such considera- <br />tion being full satisfaction of the Contract as evidenced by the Notice of <br />Contract of Sale of Grantor recorded as Document 84- 005124 together with <br />cancellation of the Bond given by Grantor with the above Notice of Contract of <br />Sale. <br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and that <br />there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed between Grantor <br />and Grantee, with respect to said real estate. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described real estate with the appurtenances <br />thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, and its successors and assigns forever, and <br />the Grantor, for herself and her heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with the <br />Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns, that the Grantor is lawfully <br />seized of said premises; that the Grantor has good and lawful authority to convey <br />the same; and that the Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises <br />unto the said Grantee and its successors and assigns against the lawful claims <br />of all persons whomsoever. <br />Executed this � day of <br />STATEMENT.
