<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (1). Voss Subdivision, City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on
<br />the South line of said Lot One (1), said point being Three Hundred Five and One Tenth
<br />Feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot One (1); thence running Northerly parallel
<br />to the East line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Two Hundred Ten (210) Feet; thence
<br />running Westerly parallel to the South line of said Lot One (1) a distance of Sixty Six
<br />(66) Feet thence running Southerly parallel to the East line of said Lot One (1), a dis-
<br />tance of Two Hundred Ten (210) Feet to a point on the South line of said Lot One (1);
<br />thence running Easterly along the South line of said Lot One (1) a distance of Sixty Six
<br />(66) Feet to the point of beginning, subject to the road right of way on the South side.

<br />plumbing and lighting fixtures and equipment now or hereafter attached to or used in connection with said real estate unto the Mort -
<br />SoM, and to its successors and assigns, forever. The Mortgagor represents to, and covenants with, the Mortgagee, that the Mort-
<br />pgor has good right to all and convey said premises; that they are free from encumbrance; and that the Mortgagor will warrant and
<br />defead the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and the said Mortgagor hereby relinquishes all rights of
<br />homestead, and all marital rights, either in law or in equity, and all other contingent interests of the Mortgagor in and to the above-
<br />described premises, the intention being to convey hereby an absolute title, in fee simple, including all rights of homestead, and other
<br />rights and interests as aforesaid.
<br />Plot i Always, said these presents are executed and delivered upon the following conditions, to wit:
<br />The Mortgagor agrees to pay the Mortgages, or order, the principal sum of Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred and

<br />with interest from date at the rate of Ten and One —Half Per eentum ( 10.50 %i) Per annum on the

<br />may daigttate in writing, in monthly installments of Two Hundred Thirty and 52/100 ------------------------

<br />19 87 , and on the first day of each month thereafter until the principal and interest are fully paid, except that the final payment of
