87-- 10.8878 <br />CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely, Kuester Lake, Inc., hereby consents <br />to the assignment to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, by Betty L. Hoeft and Thonas E. Hoeft, <br />!! of a Lease dated November 27 1987 , wherein the party hereto was Lessor <br />and Betty L. Hoeft and Thomas E. Hoeft were Lessees, such lease <br />commenced November 27, 1947 and terminated November 26, 2022 , and <br />pertaining t0: A tract of land known as 4168 Kuesters Lake, said tract being a <br />part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E�SWk) of Section 13, Township <br />II, North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being <br />more particularly described as follows: With reference to the SE corner of said <br />SA; thence running on an assumed bearing of N29 degrees 02'18 "W for a distance <br />of 1360.75 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence S80 degrees 17'21 "W for <br />108.68 feet; thence S86 degrees 52'59 "W for 121.40 feet; thence S88 degrees 51'13" <br />W for 82.25 feet; thence N23 degrees 06'00 "E for 87.45 feet; thence N87 degrees <br />44'34 "E for 245.14 feet; thence S26 degrees 15'46 "E for 70.82 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />Said Assignment, to which this Lessor consents, was given by said <br />Lessees to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska as additional security for payment of a bond in the amount of <br />$36,000.00 , and a Financing Statement covering the above described <br />premises and securing the payment of said bond. <br />Such assignment to remain effective until said bond is paid. <br />President of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Before me, a notary public qualified in said county, personally came <br />(Jars Kf 6J1 President of Kuester Lake, Inc, a corporation, known <br />to me to be the President and identical person who signed the foregoing <br />instrument, and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act <br />and deed as such officer and the voluntary act and deed of said corporation. <br />Witness my hand and notarial seal t 'ate last above written.
