P <br />87- 106872 <br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That in consideration of the sum of Thirty Six Thousand and no /100 <br />--------------------------- - - - - -- Dollars, we hereby sell, assign and <br />transfer unto The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, all our right, title, and interest in and to a certain Lease <br />Agreement entered into on November 27 , 1987 between Kuester Lake, <br />Inc., Lessor, and Betty L. Hoeft and Thomas E. Hoeft , Lessee , <br />pertaining to the following described premises: A tract of land known as 1168 <br />Kuesters Lake, said tract being a part of the East Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (E%SW4) of Section 13, Township 11, North, Range 9 West of the 6th P. <br />M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly described as <br />follows: With reference to the SE corner of said SW-4; thence running on an <br />assumed bearing of N29 degrees 02' 18 "W for a distance of 1360.75 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning; thence S80 degrees 17'21 "W for 108.68 feet; thence <br />S 86 degrees 52'59 "W for 121.40 feet; thence S 88 degrees 51'13 "W for 82.25 <br />feet; thence N 23 degrees 06'00 "E for 87.45 feet; thence N 87 degrees 44'34" E <br />for 245.14 feet; thence S 26 degrees 15' 46" E for 70.82 feet to the Point of <br />beginning. <br />This assignment is given to secure the payment of a bond in the sum <br />of $36,000.00 of even date herewith, which bond is payable $397.94 per <br />month, in advance, including interest at 10.5 per annum, computed upon the <br />unpaid principal balance for 180 months. <br />This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their <br />respective personal representatives, devisees, legatees, heirs -at -law and <br />assigns. <br />Dated this 27th day of November , 19 87 . <br />Betty L Hoeft {� <br />Thomas E.
