<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That I, Wi 11 i am George Amador , SSN 269 64 1189 , a legal resident of
<br />Albuquerque , State of New Mexico , United States of America, anticipating
<br />that a Power of Attorney may be useful in certain circumstances, by these presents do hereby make, constitute
<br />and appoint Sally Jo Amador whose address is Rt. 3 Hwy 17S Box 93

<br />my true and lawful attorney -in -fact for thirteen (13) months - -- -from the date of this instrument, unless sooner
<br />revoked, to act in, manage, and conduct all of my estate, and all of my affairs, and for that purpose fir me and in my name,
<br />place, and stead, and for my use and benefit, and as my act and deed, to do and execute, or to concur with persons jointly
<br />interested with myself therein in the doing or executing of anything of any character which I might do or perform for myself
<br />if personally present and acting.
<br />Without in any way diminishing the broad general powers just conferred, which are believed and intended to include
<br />all of the following, as well as other acts not mentioned, I do specifically authorize my attorney -in -fact, in my name and on
<br />my behalf:
<br />(i) To buy, receive, lease, accept, retain, or otherwise acquire; to sell, convey, mortgage, hypothecate, pledge, quit
<br />claim, or otherwise encumber or dispose of; or to contract or agree for the acquisition, disposal, or encumbrance of; any
<br />property whatsoever• real or personal, or any custody, possession, interest, or right therein, upon such terms as my
<br />attorney in his discretion deems necessary, convenient, or proper in the circumstances;
<br />(2) To take, hold, possess, invest, lease, or let, or otherwise manage any or all of my property, real or personal, or any
<br />interest therein; to eject. remove. or relieve tenants or other persons from, and recover possession of, such property by all
<br />lawful means; and to maintain, protect, preserve, insure, remove, store, transport, repair, rebuild, modify, or improve the
<br />same or any part thereof;
<br />(3) To make, do. continue, and transact all and every kind of business of any nature whatsoever, including the
<br />receipt, recovery. collection, payment, compromise, settlement, and adjustment of all accounts, legacies, bequests,
<br />interests, dividends, annuities, demands. debts, taxes, and obligations. which now or may hereafter be due, owing, or
<br />payable by or to me;
<br />(4) To make, endorse, cash, accept, receive, sign, seal, execute, acknowledge, and deliver: deeds, assignments,
<br />agreements, certificates, hypothecations, checks, notes, bonds, vouchers, receipts, and such other instruments in writing
<br />of whatever kind and nature as my attorney in his discretion deems necessary, convenient, or proper in the circumstances;
<br />(5) To deposit and withdraw for the purposes hereof, in either my said attorney's name or my name or jointly in both
<br />our names, in or from any banking institution, any funds, negotiable paper or moneys which may come into my said
<br />attorney's hands as my attorney or which I now or may hereafter have on deposit or be entitled;
<br />(6) To institute, prosecute, defend, compromise, arbitrate, and dispose of legal, equitable, or administrative
<br />hearings, actions, suits, attachments, arrests, distresses or other proceedings, of otherwise engage in litigation as my
<br />attorney in his discretion deems necessary, convenient, or proper in the circumstances;
<br />(7) To act as my attorney or proxy with respect to any stocks, shares, bonds, or other investments, rights, or
<br />interests, I now or may hereafter hold;
<br />(8) To engage and dismiss agents, counsel, and employees and to appoint and remove at pleasure any agent of my
<br />said attorney with respect to any or all matters or things herein mentioned and upon suchterms as my attorney in his
<br />discretion deems necessary, convenient, or proper in the circumstances;
<br />(9) To prepare, execute, and file income and other tax returns, and other governmental reports, applications,
<br />requests and documents: '
<br />(10) To ship, remove, or take possession of any or all of my property from any post, warehouse, depot, dock, or other
<br />place of storage or safekeeping, governmental or private; and to execute and deliver any release, voucher, receipt, shipping
<br />ticket, certificate, or other instrument as my attorney in his discretion deems necessary, convenient or proper in the
<br />circumstances;
<br />(11) To make claim for, execute proofs of claim and otherwise take all steps necessary to collect any insurance to
<br />which I am entitled, particularly any health, accident, disability or hospital insurance, and in connection therewith to give
<br />receipts, and, where my said attorney -in -fact deems proper, to give releases and other acquittances;
