NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />87® 106827 <br />You are hereby notified that on November 2a 1987, The Federal <br />Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, as Plaintiff, filed its Petition and action <br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Paul E. Graham and <br />Elaine E. Graham, Husband and Wife, and John Doe and Doe, his Wife, real <br />and true names unknown, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a real <br />estate mortgage on the following described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter MtNE}) of <br />Section Nineteen (19), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M. <br />and <br />North Twenty -one and Five Tenths (21.5) Acres of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEJNE}) of <br />Section Nineteen (19), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., excepting therefrom <br />0.132 Acre conveyed to the City of Wood River, by Deed <br />recorded June 13, 1979, as Document No. 79 -003714 <br />given by the Defendants Paul E. Graham and Elaine E. Graham, Husband and Wife, <br />on May 21, 1979, to tha Plaintiff, The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a <br />corporation, and that said mortgage was duly filed for record in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 21, 1979, and was duly <br />recorded as Document No. 79- 003096, of the real estate mortgage records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said note and mortgage the <br />sum of $81,192.45 as of October 8, 1987, together with interest accruing <br />thereon at the default interest rate as provided for in said note from and <br />
