Coyle, being first duly sworn upon oath, <br />states that he is one of the attorneys for The Lomas & Nettleton <br />Company, beneficiary under the deed of trust recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska on <br />March 25, 1983, in as Document No. 83- 001446 of the Mortgage <br />Records; and that on November 19, 1987, he mailed a copy of the <br />attached Notice of Trustee's Sale to the following parties at the <br />following addresses by certified mail, return receipt requested, <br />postage prepaid: <br />Cory L. Myers, 287 South Kimball, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, <br />Nancy J. Myers, 287 South Kimball, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, <br />Stewart Title Guaranty, P. O. Box 13305, Kansas City, Missouri <br />64199; and Christine Quiles, The Lomas & Nettleton Company, P. 0. <br />Box 226407, Dallas, Texas 75222 <br />Affiant further states that each communication was properly <br />stamped with sufficient postage and deposited in the post office <br />or some subdivision of the postal department where mail may <br />properly and legally be deposited for collection and transmis- <br />sion. <br />Affiant further states that after diligent investiga- <br />tion and inquiry, he was unable to ascertain and does not know <br />the post office address of any other party appearing to have a <br />direct legal interest in said deed of trust other n ose to <br />whom notice has been mailed in writin <br />Michael F.
