106771 TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECOMEYANCE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Richard Vogeler, single to Bank of Burwell, Burwell, Nebraska, Trustee, for the benefit of Robert Vogeler and Bertha Vogeler of Scotia, Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 25, 1987, and recorded on March 3 1987, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 87- 101147, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that thin Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by his endorsement below; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: Lot 2, Block 1, Pleasantview Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
