87_ 106768 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />THIS DEED, made this 19th day of November, 1987, between <br />John A. Wolf, Trustee; Northwest National Bank, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, Beneficiary; and Randy L. Evans and Cynthia S. Evans, <br />husband and wife, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, <br />did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on March 1, 1984, <br />recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Hall, and <br />identified as Document No. 84- 001081, convey to Trustee, his suc- <br />cessors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in <br />said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3) in fractional Block Two (2) in <br />Ashton Place, an addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said <br />Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore men- <br />tioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con - <br />vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, <br />claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through <br />the above- described Deed of Trust, together with all appurte- <br />nances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />JOHN L <br />Trusitee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before <br />me on November 19, 1987, by John A.
