Coasts and Lois Coonts, each in his and her own right and as spouse of each other. from the lien of the mortgage dated September 12 19 80 , filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and recorded in of Mortgage Records of such office, the Document # 80- 005107 following described real property, to -wit: A tract of land comprising a part of lot Six (6), Block One (1); Brentwood Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot Six (6); thence northerly along and upon the west line of said Lot Six (6), a distance of Fifty -three and Twenty-Two Hundredths (53.22) feet;thence northeasterly along and upon the westerly line of said Lot Six (6), a distance of Twenty -Eight (28) feet; thence southeasterly a distance of Ninety -fair and Thirty -Three Hundredths (94.33) feet to a point on the south line of said Lot Six (6); thence westerly along and upon the south line of said Lot Six (6); a distance of Fifty -Nine (59.0) feet to the point of beginning. Provided, however, that the lien of such mortgage shall continue unaffected and unimpaired upon all of the real property described in such mortgage not herein, or heretofore, specifically released and discharged from the lien thereof.
