N <br />s7_ 106726 <br />MORTGAGE NOTE <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to <br />ADAM F. ZEBERT and MILDRED R. ZEBERT, husband and wife, <br />or the survivor, or to their order, the principal sum of <br />FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) with interest, from <br />the 19th day of November, 1987 at the rate of nine <br />percent (98) per annum on the unpaid balance until paid. <br />The said principal and interest shall be payable to ADAM F. <br />ZEBERT and MILDRED R. ZEBERT, husband and wife, or the <br />survivor, at such place as they may designate in writing. <br />The entire amount of principal and interest is due and <br />payable according to the Amortization Schedule attached <br />hereto in monthly installments of One Hundred Ninety <br />Dollars and One Cent ($190.01) per month until the entire <br />debt is extinguished. <br />This Note is secured by a Real Estate Mortgage of even <br />date and in the same principal amount as herein stated, <br />executed by the undersigned. In the event the title to the <br />real estate set forth in the Mortgage is transferred, or <br />contracted to be transferred, from the undersigned for any <br />reason or by any method whatsoever, the entire principal sum <br />and accrued interest shall at once become due and payable at <br />the election of the holder hereof. Failure to exercise this <br />option because of transfer of title as above stated in one <br />instance shall not constitute a waiver of the right to <br />exercise the same in the event of any subsequent transfer. <br />This Note and all sums due thereon shall bear interest <br />at the rate of nine percent (9 %) per annum before <br />maturity, and shall bear interest at the rate of ten <br />percent (108) per annum after maturity. <br />The undersigned waives presentment, protest, and <br />notice and the benefit of any homestead or exemption laws, <br />as to this debt. <br />Dated this j / -j'?-;Bay of November, 1987. <br />^ �� -few ✓ --:_. <br />DAVID M.
