L -tl.C. <br />NEBRASKA <br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 12th day of November 1 A.D. 19 87 1 <br />between the Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, whose address is <br />r Veterans Administration, Washington, U.C., 20420, hereinafter referred to as Grantor and Robert L. Schroder <br />I and Shirley A.
