Ordinance No. 7389 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive weeks, on August 11, August 18, and August 25, 1987, all as required by section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended. 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7389. 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7389 provides that if no remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk - Finance Director shall make, execute, and deliver to RICHARD F. DeMAY a deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City Council. 5.
