87.-- .106855 <br />DEED <br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its <br />City Council on September 26, 1987, enacted Ordinance No. 7415 <br />which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below <br />and the manner and terms thereof. <br />2. Ordinance No. 7415 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily <br />independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation <br />in Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, for three consecutive <br />weeks, on October 7, October 13, and October 20, 1987, all as <br />required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended. <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance <br />No. 7415. <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7415 provides that if no <br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk- Finance Director shall make, execute, and deliver to JAMES <br />L. PARTINGTON and 14ARY JANE PARTINGTON, husband and wife, a deed <br />for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby <br />authorized without further action on behalf of the City Council. <br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the Cliff OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) received from <br />the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and <br />confirm unto <br />JAMES L. PARTINGTON and MART' JANE PARTINGTON, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, <br />the following described real estate: <br />Lot 33, Regency By The Green Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand island, Hail County, Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto <br />I <br />
