<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />(? KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
<br />executed by ERWIN W. HOLTZ and DARLENE HOLTZ, to AREND R. BAACK,
<br />Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />January 6, 1984, and recorded January 9, 1984, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />Number 84- 000102, has been paid, and said beneficiary has re-
<br />quested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in ac-
<br />cordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises;
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW}) and the West Five
<br />(W5) acres of the South Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S }SW #SE}),
<br />Section Thirty (30), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth
<br />(6th) Principal Meridian, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; except that strip of land along the
<br />southerly section line conveyed to Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, a corporate political
<br />subdivision, by deed dated August 16, 1957,
<br />filed for record in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 16,
<br />1957, recorded in Book 122 of Deeds at Page 51;
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
