<br />right, title and interest in and to those certain Mortgages /Deeds of Trust covering
<br />property situated in Hall County. Nebraska whici are set out and de-
<br />scribed in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
<br />together with Notes, Debts, Liens, and all claims secured )by $Aid Mortgages /Deed of
<br />Trust and the covenants contained in said Mortgages /Deeds ;of-Trust, and Assignor
<br />hereby covenants, promises and agrees that it is the legal and equitable owner of
<br />said Mortgages /Deeds of Trust and Notes with full power to assign and sell the same.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee, its successors and assigns,
<br />forever but without recourse on the Assignor, and Assignor has affixed its Corporate
