THIS DEED, made this 4th day of November, 1987, between John <br />A. Wolf, Trustee= Noxwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., formerly First <br />Savings Company, Benefi.ciaryt and Duering, incorporated, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, <br />did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on September 28, 1982, <br />recorded in the office of the Clerk of the county of'Hall, and <br />identified as Document No. 82- 004180, convey to Trustee, his suc- <br />cessors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in <br />said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Fifty -Six (56) in Hawthorne Place, being <br />a subdivision of part of the Northwest Quar- <br />ter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said <br />Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore men- <br />tioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- <br />vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, <br />claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through <br />the above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurte- <br />nances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />JOHN WOL <br />Trustee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before <br />me on November 4, 1987, by John A.
