<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, Whereas, In an action
<br />in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the
<br />State of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, Plaintiff, and Dennis L.
<br />Musil, A Single Person, et al., Defendants, Nebraska 'Investment Finance
<br />Authority did obtain a decree finding that there is due from
<br />Dennis L. Musil, A Single Person, to Nebraska investment Finance
<br />Authority the sum of Thirty Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty Seven
<br />Dollars and Thirty Seven Cents ($32,137.37), and, whereas, it
<br />was then and there further ordered in said action that in default
<br />of payment of the sum so found due by the said Dennis L. Musil,
<br />A Single Person, that the Court, pursuant to Amended Section 25-
<br />2144 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, did on or
<br />about September 2, 1982, appoint Philip M. Martin, Jr. Master
<br />Commissioner and order him to cause the lands and tenements herein-
<br />after described to be advertised and sold according to law to
<br />pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the
<br />said Philip M. Martin, Jr., Master Commissioner, under and by virtue
<br />of said decree and the order of sale to him duly directed, did on
<br />the 8th day of October, 1987, at the lower lobby of the Courthouse
<br />in the City of Grand Island and said County of Hall, having first
<br />given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />said publication once in each week for four successive weeks in the
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in general
<br />circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction
<br />to Nebraska Investment Finance Authority for the sum of Thirty Two
<br />Thousand One Hundred Thirty Seven Dollars and Thirty Seven Cents
<br />($32,137.37), which sale was afterward, examined and confirmed by
<br />said Court and the said Philip M. Martin, Jr., ordered to convey
<br />the premises in fee simple to the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Philip M. Martin, Jr., Master Commissioner, in
<br />consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in
<br />me and the decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to
<br />the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, its successors and assigns,
<br />the premises so as foresold, to -wit:
<br />Lot One Hundred Forty -Six (146) in Buena -Vista
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto the said Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority, its successors and assigns, and to it and its use
<br />and behoof forever. here -
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have, as such ter Commissioner,

<br />and deed for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
