<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, Whereas, in an action
<br />in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the
<br />State of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority, Plaintiff, and Rocky R. Newman and Dana
<br />A. Newman, Husband and Wife, et al., Defendants, Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority did obtain a decree finding that there is due from
<br />Rocky R. Newman and Dana A. Newman, Husband and Wife, to Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the sum of Twenty Eight Thousand Five
<br />Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars and Twelve Cents ($28,569.12), and, where-
<br />as, it was then and there further ordered in said action that in
<br />default of payment of the sum so found due by the said Rocky R. New-
<br />man and Dana A. Newman, Husband and Wife, that the Court, pursuant
<br />to Amended Section 25-2144 of the Revised Statutes of the State of
<br />Nebraska, did on or about September 2, 1987, appoint John B. McDermott
<br />Master Commissioner and order him to cause the lands and tenements
<br />hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to
<br />pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the
<br />said John B. McDermott, Master Commissioner, under and by virtue of
<br />said decree and order of sale to him duly directed, did on the 8th
<br />day of October, 1987, at the lower lobby of the Courthouse in the
<br />City of Grand Island and said County of Hall, having first given
<br />due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by said
<br />publication once in each week for four successive weeks in the Grand
<br />Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circu-
<br />lation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction
<br />to Nebraska Investment Finance Authority for the sum of Thirty Three
<br />Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Dollars and Seventeen Cents ($33,270.17),
<br />which sale was afterward, examined and confirmed by said Court and
<br />the said John B. McDermott, ordered to convey the premises in fee
<br />simple to the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority .
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, John B. McDermott, Master Commissioner, in con-
<br />sideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me
<br />and the decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to
<br />the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, its successors and assigns,
<br />the premises so as foresold, to-wit;
<br />Lot One Hundred Sixty-Nine (169), in Buena-Vista
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto the said Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority, its successors and assigns, and to it and its use
<br />and behoof forever.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have, as such Master Commissioner, here-
<br />unto set my hand this 1-(o.day of October, 1987.
