is <br />♦ r <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred: <br />to as the "City" and the VIVIAN I. KERSEY TRUST by VIVIAN I. <br />KERSEY, TRUSTEE, herein referred to as the "Licensee ". <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License <br />Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which <br />the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the <br />following described improvement which will infringe upon real <br />estate owned or controlled by the City: <br />A fence, garden, and ordinary yard landscaping <br />suitable for a residence. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee <br />owns or controls the following described real estate adjacent to <br />the City's real estate to which this License Agreement shall <br />apply: <br />Lot One (1), Block Five (5), in Parkhill Second <br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; and, <br />A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (SW -1/4 NW -1/4) of Section 21, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Parcel 1: Lot One (1), Block Five (5), in Parkhill <br />Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Parcel 2: Beginning at a point 33 feet west and 52.7 <br />feet north of the southeast corner of said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, running <br />thence northerly along and upon a line which is 33 feet <br />west and parallel to said 1/16 section line, a distance <br />of 110.9 feet, thence deflecting left 88 degrees 54' <br />and running westerly 39.17 feet to the intersection of <br />the northerly line of Lot 1, Block 5, Parkhill Second <br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, if extended, thence deflecting left 28 <br />degrees 59' and running southwesterly along and upon <br />the northerly line of said Lot 1, Block 5, if extended, <br />a distance of 16.5 feet to the northeast corner of said <br />Lot 1, Block 5, said last two described sides of said <br />tract also being along and upon and abutting the <br />southerly side of Oklahoma Street as said Street was <br />recently extended to connect with the county road <br />abutting this tract on the east, thence southeasterly <br />IN <br />X <br />
