WIGSTONE, being first duly sworn on her oath, <br />deposes and says that she resides at 2508 West Division, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska 68803; that her husband, C. <br />Lester Wigstone, died October 7, 1987, in Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; that her husband left no property separately <br />owned by him except for .3%o shares of Navistar common stock <br />n having a total market value of less than $150; and that all other <br />property in which the Decedent had an interest at the time of his <br />death subject to consideration and computation for determination <br />of any Nebraska Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax was <br />property owned by the Decedent in joint tenancy with your <br />Affiant, his surviving spouse; that the total value of all such <br />property, as of October 7, 1987, valued at its fair market value <br />on that date, did not equal nor approach the sum of $600,000; <br />that Affiant is entitled to full exemption in computation of <br />either Nebraska Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax of the <br />total value of all such taxable property received by her by <br />reason of the death of the Decedent or otherwise, and that there <br />is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax nor Federal Estate Tax due or <br />owing by this Affiant or the estate of said Decedent by reason of <br />property passing to her upon the death of C. Lester Wigstone on <br />October 7, 1987. <br />All real estate owned by the Decedent and this Affiant in <br />joint tenancy is as follows: <br />Lot Seventeen (17) in Block Twelve (12) in <br />Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />VERA M.
