ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT OF SALE <br />RECITALS <br />1. A Contract of Sale was entered Into by and between Frank A. <br />Ambrose, as Seller, and Kirk A. Cote and Mary Morgan Cote, <br />husband and wife, as Buyers, on January 18, 1983, whereby Seller <br />sold to Buyers under an installment payment contract, real estate <br />located at 1307 West Division Street, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, the legal description of which is a follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Block Three (3), Elm Place, Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. Frank A. Ambrose, Seller in the above described Contract of <br />Sale, has created a Revocable Trust dated September 15, 1987, <br />wherein Frank A. Ambrose is Grantor, Frank A. Ambrose is Trustee, <br />Lavern Lewandowski is First Alternate Trustee and Franklin Eurek <br />is Second Alternate Trustee. <br />3. Frank A. Ambrose desires to transfer the above described <br />Contract of Sale in which he is Seller to the Trustee of the <br />Revocable Trust dated September 15, 1987. <br />ASSIGNMENT <br />1. For funding the above described Revocable Trust and <br />transferring property to the Trustee of the Trust, Frank A. <br />Ambrose, Assignor, Seller in the above described Contract of <br />Sale, assigns, transfers and sets over to Frank A. Ambrose, <br />Trustee of the above described Revocable Trust, Assignee, all of <br />his right, title and interest in and to the above described <br />Contract of Sale. <br />2. Assignor releases and quitclaims to Assignee all of <br />Assignor's right, title and interest in and to the real estate <br />described in the above described Contract of Sale. <br />3. Frances Ambrose, wife of Frank A. Ambrose, Assignor, joins in <br />the execution of this Assignment of Contract of Sale for binding <br />her statutory interest in assignment of the property to the <br />Assignee. <br />Executed at Grand Island, Nebraska, on Cp -2A , 1987. <br />;�2 <br />Frank A.
