A S S I G N M E N T
<br />THAT CREATIVE FINANCING, INC., a Nebraska corporation, having its principal
<br />office at 40' Regency Parkway Drive , Omaha, Nebraska 68119, hereinafter called
<br />"Assignor ", for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
<br />and valuable consideration to it in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer, set over, and convey unto
<br />Staft1lard Federal Savings i loan Aspnhaving its principal office at -101 lake Forest Blvd.. Gaithersburg,
<br />NO-. 20877 hereinafter CALLED "Assignee ", its successors and assigns, all Assignor's
<br />right, title and interest in and to those certain Mortgages /Deeds of Trust covering
<br />property situated in Hall County, Nebraska which are set out and de.,
<br />scribed in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
<br />tether with Notes, Debts, Liens, and all claims secured by said Mortgages /Deed of
<br />Trust and the covenants contained in said Mortgages /Deeds of Trust, and Assignor
<br />hereby covenants, promises and agrees that it is the legal and equitable owner of
<br />said Mortgages /Deeds of Trust and Notes with full power to assign and sell the same.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee, its successors and assigns,
<br />forever but without recourse on the Assignor, and Assignor has affixed its Corporate
<br />Seal this 1st day October 1987
