<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the am of
<br />hand Twenty by Federal Now Loan Mortgage Corporation Dollars to it in
<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereat is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and transferred, sad, by t presents,
<br />done great, &&sign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said Su for
<br />Mortgage, Inc. is beneficiary, Sidney R. Moe and Patricia M. Mos, H Wife
<br />is Trustor, and Ticor Title Insurance Company is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 24th day of April , 19 9E , and
<br />recorded the lst day of May , 19 86 , document 1 86 102151 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising the Southerly Five Hundred Fifty Three (553.0)
<br />feet of the westerly Nine Hundred Forty Five and Twenty Five Hundredths
<br />(945.25) feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1 14NW114) of
<br />Section Twenty one (21), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Twelve (12) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, .subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Domed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Dead to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 25th day
