<br />title area interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit;

<br />25, Township 12 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M.r Hall county,
<br />Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />With reference to the Nort east corner of said NEh, thence running on
<br />an assumed bearing of S 89 49' 32" W on the North line of said NEh
<br />for a distance of 70.00 feet to a point on the Westerly right -of -way
<br />line of Nebraska State Highway 111, said point being the actual
<br />POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 00 00' 00" E on said Highway right -of -way
<br />line parallel with the East line of said NE4, a distance of 327.60 feet
<br />thence S 89 49' 32" W for 1194.43 feet; thence N 00 00100" W for
<br />327.80 feet to a point on the North line of said NEk; thence
