<br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment of

<br />2 -13 -87 in the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />became due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
