<br />Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />:kaowledged, has `ranted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents,
<br />»s 'grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />occessors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said Superior
<br />fftgage, Inc. is beneficiary, Brian C. Hamilton and Caren L. Hamilton,

<br />is Truster, and Ticor Title Insurance Company is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the lat day of August , 19 86 and
<br />recorded the 1st day of August , 19 86 , document # 86- 104334 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Two (2), Brentwood Third Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall county, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a
<br />part of said lot described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly
<br />corner of said lot 2; thence running northeasterly along the southeasterly
<br />line of said Lot 2 a distance of Two Hundred Twenty Three and Five
<br />Hundredths (223.05) feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 2; thence
<br />running westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 2, a distance of
<br />eighty two and thirteen hundredths (82.13) feet to a corner of said Lot 2;
<br />thence deflecting left 135 degrees 32110" and running southeasterly a
<br />distance of Twenty and Eighty Eight Hundredths (20.88) feet, thence running
<br />southwesterly a distance of One Hundred Sixty and Eighty Six Hundredths
<br />(160.86) feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />proviaione of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 4th day
