<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted. assigned, and transferred, and, by the` presents,
<br />does grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said
<br />beneficiary is Five Pointe Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Alan R. & Kathleen A. Emken, husband and wife
<br />is Trustor, and Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 30th day of June , 19 86 , and
<br />recorded the 17th day of July , 19 86 , document # 86 103974 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Four (4), Colonial Estates Second
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment of
<br />Deed of Trust dated 6 -30 -86 and filed for record as Inst. # 86 103975
<br />on July 17 1986 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This instrument was previously recorded on instrument # 86 103711 on July 9, 1986
<br />in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF. The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 17th day
<br />of July , 19 86 .
