<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Dead, wherein the said Superior

<br />Is Trustor, and TICOR TITLE INSURANCE CONPANY is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Dead was dated the 15th day of June , 19 87 , and
<br />recorded the 17th day of June , 19 87 , document * 87-103600 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of HALL County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), WESTROADS ESTATES THIRD SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.

<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
