<br />acknowledged, ties granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents,

<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc. is beneficiary, Marjorie A. Carstens, a single _ peraw

<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:

<br />Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall CountY,NebrasM
<br />9his Deed of Trust was originally recorded in Doc.#87- 100415 on Jan. 23, 1987
<br />at the Register of Deed, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.

<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
