<br />KNOW ALL NOR BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation. the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Forty-
<br />Five Thousand .Five Hundred and No/ 100 ------------------------- Dollars; to it In
<br />hand paid by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation,
<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and trapeferred, and, by theve presents,
<br />does grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said
<br />beneficiary is give Points Hank, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />William H. Ramsey and Linda N. Ramsey, husband and wife
<br />is Truster, and Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska is Trustee. which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 27th day of June , 19 e6 , and
<br />recorded the 27th day of June , 19 86 , document # 86- 103470 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Sunset Fourth Subdivision, being a part of the
<br />North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NaNE4) of Section Eleven (11),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraka.
<br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment of
<br />Deed of Trust dated 7 -1 -86 and filed for record as Inst. # DOC. NO. 86- 10353;
<br />on 7 -1 -86 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 7th day
<br />of July , 1986 .
