<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sus of (92,600.00)

<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these pr ts,
<br />grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said
<br />beneficiary is FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATICK OF
<br />LI Robert A. Lester and Janet M. Lester, husband and wife, ,jointly
<br />and each in their own right,
<br />is Truster, and Joseph H. Badami is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 1st day of April , 19 87 , and
<br />recorded the fat day of April , 1987 , document f 87- 101788 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />The North One Hundred Twenty Five (N 125) Feet of Lot Twenty Eight (28), Block
<br />Four (4), in the Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment of
<br />Deed of Trust dated 4 -3 -87 and filed for record document# 87- 102339
<br />on 4/27/87 in the Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretaryf and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 23rd day
