<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the panty of the first part, in consideration of the sum of

<br />a Corporation, the 'party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby

<br />sees grant, assign. sad transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc. is beneficiary, Robert J.Zipay and Patricia B.Zipay, Husband W4 Wife
<br />is Trustor, and Ticor Title Insurance Company is Trustee, which
<br />Trust teed was dated the 17th day of June , 19 , and
<br />recorded the 17th day of x= , 1986 , document #W103231 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />The Westerly Sixty One Feet of the Easterly Sixty Six Peat (W61'F.66') of Lot Six (6),
<br />in Block Three (3), in Westerhoff's First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />Dome due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
