<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of(i31,500)

<br />head paid by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation,
<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents,
<br />does grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said
<br />beneficiary is Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Richard E. Lewis & Barbara A. Lewis, husband and wife,
<br />is Truster, end Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 16th day of April , 1987 , and
<br />recorded the 16th day of April , 19 87 , document #87- 102128 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />The Southerly Seventy nine (S79) feet of Fractional Lot Six (6), and the Westerly
<br />Half of Fractional Lot Seven (7), in Fractional Block Forty eight (48) in Russel
<br />Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and its
<br />complement: Fractional Lot Six (6) and the Westerly Half of Fractional Lot Seven
<br />(7), in Fractional Block Seven (7), in Gilbert's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust Has assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment of
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 24, 1987 and filed for record as
<br />document# 87- 102353 on April 27, 1987
<br />in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and tha money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, su!tject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 20th day
