<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESS, That Superior !Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
<br />Thirty five Thousand Five Hundred and No/l Dollars to it in
<br />hand paid by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation
<br />a Corporation, the party of the second pert, receipt whereof is hsrsby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents,
<br />does grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Dead, wherein the raid Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc. is beneficiary, Mark D. Stalk and Wanda Lee Stalk, Husband and Wife
<br />is Trustor, and Ticor Title Insurance Co. is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 6th day of November , 19 86 and
<br />recorded the loth day of November , 1986 , dent f 6- 06489 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, nos all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />Lot Six (6), and the North Sixteen and Fifty Five Hundredths Feet (N16.551)
<br />Of Got Eight (8) in Block Eighteen (18), University place, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 7th day
<br />Of November . 19 86 .
