<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the mum of
<br />Thirty Two thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty and No /IDOths---------------------------- - ..Dollars to it in
<br />hand paid by CENTRAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION its successors and /or igtls
<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, race pt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents,
<br />does grant, assign," and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc. is beneficiary,
<br />RICHARD A. NATOUSEK AND NARION E. NATOUSEK, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />is Trustor, and LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the g h day of October , 19 , and
<br />recorded the 13th day of OctMer , 1987 , document M87- 10598 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of HALL County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />THE SOUTH FORTY NINE (49) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8) AND THE NORTH EIGHT (8) FEET OF LOT TEN (10), BLDCK NINETEEN (19),
<br />SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 12th day
